About the Author

Author's Note

Karen Mireau is a Literary Midwife and founder of Azalea Art Press who has helped authors manifest their literary vision for over thirty years. Karen began her life as a full-time poet. She went on to create animated children's television, raise a family of enormously artistic children, and to become a committed "agricultural anarchist" on her organic farm, where she cultivated over three-hundred varieties of heirloom fruits, flowers and medicinal herbs. She has now has returned to her first love—poetry. matsu.kaze is her first full-length collection.
